Terms of Service — ChimerAI

1. About ChimerAI

ChimerAI is a command-line tool and code generator (“the Software”) that scaffolds production-ready AI applications. ChimerAI is a developer tool — not a hosted service. All generated code runs on your own infrastructure.

2. License

The core CLI and Free components are provided under the MIT License. Enterprise and Enterprise Pro components are provided under a separate Commercial License. By purchasing an Enterprise license, you agree to the terms described on the License page.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ChimerAI does not guarantee that the generated code is free of errors, security vulnerabilities, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing all generated code before deploying to production.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChimerAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software or generated code — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

5. Payments & Refunds

Enterprise licenses are sold as one-time purchases via Lemon Squeezy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. After the refund period, purchases are final. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. License Keys

License keys are issued per purchase and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written permission. Each key may be activated on the number of machines specified by the purchased tier (3 for Enterprise, 5 for Enterprise Pro).

7. Updates

Enterprise licenses include 1 year of updates from the date of purchase. After 1 year, the Software continues to function — you will simply no longer receive new component releases without renewing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria (Österreich). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
